LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS.
Immediately on receiving order we confirm on space availability on the airline through our agent. We also confirm flight and book accordingly. Changes of flights are communicated to the client.
Flowers are delivered with cooler trucks at cold stores at the airport.
The flowers are inspected by a phytosanitary officer and a PHYTO certificate is attached to the shipment.
Our agent does the rest of clearing with customs.
We fax shipment documents to client, so he can see what to expect on the other side.
ORDERS
Confirmation of orders will take place less than 24 hours. Orders should be made at least 3 days prior to the shipment. Availability of flowers is not a problem we keep expanding our capacity base of quality flowers to satisfy your demand.PRICING
Prices have several determinants e.g. season, varieties, and demand market forces. High season and low season for Kenya ranges from October- May and June- September respectively. Other secondary factors include quantities ordered, colors etc.
PAYMENTS
Payments should be made to us by T.T. Instead of making payments for every shipment it will save costs of transfer by opening an account with us and placing a deposit to cover several shipments. We send an account statement fortnightly depending with client’s choice, to show status of Accounts in addition to transparency and accountability.
